How to use it in class

Use it on the first day of a new unit, right after you hand back the syllabus. Post the green-light/red-light chart on the screen, read through it together, and have students sign the disclosure slip before they touch any AI tool. On a sub day, drop the policy and slip into your sub folder so covering teachers do not have to guess your rules. When a parent emails asking what is allowed, forward the parent-friendly summary instead of writing a new explanation each time.
