Refund policy

Last updated 16 August 2026

If a resource isn't right for your classroom, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it. No form to fill in, and you don't have to justify yourself.

Let us fix it first

Most problems aren't refund problems. If a file won't open, a link is broken, an answer key looks wrong, or you bought the same thing twice, email hello@madlyproductivepathways.com and we'll sort it out, usually the same day. You keep the resource and we fix the fault.

The 14-day window

If you've looked at it and it simply isn't what you need, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Downloading the files doesn't disqualify you. We'd rather you had the money back than a folder you'll never open.

After 14 days we'll still read your email and we'll still try to help. We just can't promise a refund that far out.

Where the refund goes

Refunds return to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it usually appears within 5–10 business days.

Who handles your payment

Payments on this site are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, which means Stripe (trading as Link) is the merchant of record for your purchase. Two practical consequences:

  • Your bank or card statement will show "Sold through Link" rather than Madly Productive Pathways. That's expected, not a fraudulent charge.
  • Stripe's own support team can process refunds for payment-related requests. You're welcome to go to them or to us; contacting us directly is usually faster.

Schools and districts: if you need an invoice, a W-9, or you're buying on a purchase order, email us before you check out and we'll set it up properly.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute takes weeks and locks the funds while it runs. We can almost always resolve it in one message.

Something not right?

Email hello@madlyproductivepathways.com and a real person will read it. Tell us what you bought and what went wrong, and we'll make it right.
