One purchase covers one teacher, for their own classroom, forever. Use it with your students as much as you like. Just don't pass it to other teachers.
What you're buying
A single-teacher licence to use the resource in your own classroom. It doesn't expire, and it covers every class section you personally teach. You may print it, edit it, and share it with your own students through your school's platform (Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology and the like), as long as students can't access it publicly.
You're buying a licence to use the material, not the copyright. Madly Productive Pathways retains ownership of everything in the resource.
Yes, please do
- Use it with all of your own students, every year, for as long as you teach.
- Edit and adapt it to fit your pacing, your state standards, and your kids.
- Print it, project it, or post it inside a password-protected class platform.
- Mention it in a blog post, a PD session, or a conference talk, as long as you credit Madly Productive Pathways and link back to this site.
Please don't
- Share the files with colleagues, your department, or your district. If more teachers need it, email us about additional licences and we'll work something out.
- Upload it anywhere public: a personal website, a shared drive, a resource-sharing site.
- Resell it, or bundle it into anything you sell.
- Claim it as your own work, or strip out the branding and copyright notices.
Buying for a department or a whole school? That's a different licence and we're happy to arrange it. Email hello@madlyproductivepathways.com and tell us how many teachers you need to cover.
Your download
After checkout you'll land on an order page with your download links, and the same links are emailed to you. That order page stays valid, and it always serves the current version of your files. When a resource is revised, your copy updates with it at no charge.
Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, so Stripe (trading as Link) is the merchant of record and your statement will read "Sold through Link". Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

AP® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse these products. Our resources are independently aligned to the publicly available AP® Course and Exam Descriptions, and are not reviewed or endorsed by the College Board.
Changes
If these terms change, the version in force is the one published here on the day you bought. We'll update the date at the top rather than change things quietly.
